At MindQuest Well-being, we believe it is essential to invest in health and overall well-being whether it is your own, your family’s, your employee’s or student’s, in order to enjoy a life full of joy, gratitude and satisfaction. It is this belief that fuels our approach including our professional counseling services, well-being workshops and treatment plans which help clients in improving their emotional and physical health and teach them tools to ensure they can maintain a healthy and mindful life.
To achieve this we draw upon principles of positive psychology & utilizing a strength-based approach. This approach focuses on developing the inherent strength of individuals, families and organizations to aid in recovery, prevention, empowerment and growth in both personal and professional spheres. Our emotional wellness programs are completely personalized as per the specific goals set by the individuals or organizations we work with. We all have mental health needs.
One of our primary aims at MindQuest Well-being is to enhance awareness and address the stigma and myths around mental health concerns as well as to promote and normalize the process of help-seeking for emotional distress. We also aim to make professional mental health and emotional well-being services accessible to the larger community.

In-person Counseling & Psychological Therapy
MindQuest Well-being also provides in-person counseling & psychological therapy sessions for psychological, behavioral & emotional concerns with aim of enabling you to overcome personal crisis, learning socio-emotional skills, solve problems building resilience and striving towards personal growth.
